My Wife Has Been Diagnosed With Ovarian Cysts, Orange Sized

My wife has been diagnosed with ovarian cysts, orange sized engulfing the ovaries, and adenomyosis. She is scheduled with Dr. Del Junco in California at women's alternative surgery to remove the cysts and remove the adeno in her uterus via laser surgery on Dec 1. Today she has been having clear odorless discharge. She has never had this before. Is this a symptom of her condition(s)?
