My Wife Has Been Having Issues With Pleurisy And Pneumonia

My wife has been having issues with pleurisy and pneumonia on and off through the month of January. After steroid shot and numerous antibiotics finally went back to the emergency clinic today and was given more antibiotics. She was also told today that she still has ronkeye. What if anything does this mean? I tried researching this word and cannot find any meaning to this word?!? Any advice? Maybe they pronounced it wrong or spelled it wrong?!?
