My Wife Has Been Having Severe Right Side Head Pain

My wife has been having severe right side head pain in the teeth, right eye,and ear area as well as possibly the sinus cavity for a couple of weeks. Her dr. Put her on AZITHROMYCIN ON 1/05/2017 and her last dose will be at 12:00 pm tomorrow, but she is in bed crying due to the pain..what should I do next,a hot washcloth seemed to help a little bit, she also put NEOMYCIN AND POLYMYXIN B SULFATES AND HYDROCORTISONE OTIC SOLUTION IN HER EAR for the last couple of days, please advise if you can...
