My Wife Has Been Suffering From Severe Swelling In Both

My wife has been suffering from severe swelling in both of her feet. She's 30 yrs old she's been to several different doctors and no one can tell her what the issue is they had her on prednisone even given her gout meds. Her foot is 3X the size its supposed to be and her other foot comes and goes. She been to a podiatrist, Rhumatologist and her regular doctor. Can anyone suggest something different?
