My Wife Has Been Taking Creon For About 6 Months,

My wife has been taking creon for about 6 months, she ran out of it and are waiting for some in the mail. However,,, she hasen't had the run for about 3 days without it. can the pankceus heal it self? Or what do you think happened? What ever it is it's a blessing.....
