My Wife Has Been Taking Meloxicam 7.5 Mg Daily For

My wife has been taking meloxicam 7.5 mg daily for two months having been required to change (because of insurance) from meclofenamate which had worked very well for years. This new medication is not working as well. She wanted to know what she can take for headache, etc. in conjunction with meloxicam if needed. It looks like tylenol would be ok but not aleve.
