My Wife Has Been Told By Gyn Doctor That She

My wife has been told by Gyn Doctor that she has a wound in the womb mouth, she has painful sex & for the last year we hardly had any. The doctor has given no medication for the womb/antibiotics etc- she only
prescrbed vitamins- please explain if this is okay, how serious the case is-thanx
