My Wife Has Had A Picky Feeling In Her Legs

My wife has had a picky feeling in her legs and arms and feet. Seems to move around. Local hospital couldn't find anything wrong except her blood is suppose to be 15 and it was 25 and they said they don't worry about it until it is 85. We are worried Please help
