My Wife Has Had Cancer, Then Broke Her Hip, After

My wife has had cancer, then broke her hip, after the hip operation, the operation failed, another operation to put in a new hip, then they found her new was infected, another operation to clean the hip. Now about 3 o'clock in the afternoon she starts having terrible pains in her right leg. (same leg as where the hip was replaced) The hip still has a large wound after 2-1/2. years. Now she has lymphedema in that leg. My question is, How do you get the terrible pain out of her leg once and for all. I hate to see crying and in pain nearly ever evening.
