My Wife Has Had High Bp For Several Years And

My wife has had high bp for several years and is taking clonidine and bystolic. This weekend her bp has been erratic example --> 164 over107 most were not that high, but also, there seemed to be measureable differences in her bp from one arm to the other. This happened for about a day or so. Any ideas what could have been the problem?
