My Wife Has Had Pain In Her Right Thigh For

My wife has had pain in her right thigh for about one week. She has been to a chiropractor twice and the pain is a bit reduced. Alleve has helped. Sitting results in pain but walking is ok. Is there anything else that might help return her to feeling good.
