My Wife Has Had Severe Pain In Her Right Side

My wife has had severe pain in her right side for 2 days. Ct scan suggests appendix is slightly dialated but not accute. Ultrasound results says it's not gall bladder and appendix is slightly inflamed. What should I be asking or what do you think is the issue? Thank you!
