My Wife Has Hydro Cephlus And Has A Shunt Installed.

My wife has hydro cephlus and has a shunt installed. It has been adjusted as much as possible, but she still has a problem with balance. Seems like not enough fluid is being removed. Can a larger or second shunt be installed, or what are other options?
