My Wife Has Lost Her Appetite, It Started 4 Weeks

My wife has lost her appetite, it started 4 weeks ago, she has lost 18 pounds. Recently she could not keep food down, was hospitalized. Endoscopy revealed some stomach acid in her esophagus, has been on Nexium for about a year. still no appetite but she can keep food down.
