My Wife Has Lymphedema In Her Arm From Breast Cancer

My wife has lymphedema in her arm from breast cancer surgery five years ago. Saturday she went for a massage and today she can't move her arm and is in constant pain. also her arm looks like it has sunburn and is very hot when you touch it . She has put on a compression sleeve, didn't help. We tried ice packs, didn't help. Any suggestions on how she can get some relief? Thank you.
