My Wife Has Occasional Pain In Her Sternum Area, Short

My wife has occasional pain in her sternum area, short in length of time. Then she also has pain on the sides of her neck at times too. Her blood pressure has been normal and some what high.
the pain at her sternum does not last long but can be painful.
