My Wife Has Osteoarthritis And Fibromyalgia. Over The Last 6-months,

My wife has osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Over the last 6-months, both thumb joints randomly has excruciating pain, then her thumb automatically comes out of socket. Why does this happen, and what medical condition does this? Thank you Dr. Rynne
