My Wife Has Pelvic Pain Made Worse With Intercors And

My wife has pelvic pain made worse with intercors and there is a new fullness posterior to the cervix. When pushed the area does reproduce the pain. I am an ER doctor not an OB/GYN. She feels fine otherwise. Normal appetite. Not constipated. The area is rubbery to the feel. She is not a complainer. Has been going on for 2 days. No significant PMHx.
