My Wife Has Returned Home After Having A Stroke And

My wife has returned home after having a stroke and rehab. She has additional knee problems and is not very mobile. She has been having problems with swollen ankles but her medication CITALOPRAM (10mg) doesn't seem to have any apparent results. She tries to keep her feet elevated when sitting but has pain trying to flex her feet. Do you have any suggestions to relieve the swelling?
