My Wife Has Severe Pancreatitis And Prior To The Diagnosis

My wife has severe pancreatitis and prior to the diagnosis our 5 month old daughter was having green runny poo, she couldn't feed her due to illness for 3-4 week but was pumping Breast milk and dumping it ..so baby went onto bottles and solids etc..
since my wife returned home she has tried breast feeding again and now the Poop is green and runny again after a few days ??
