My Wife Has Some Tenderness Under Her Armpit And Diarrhea

My wife has some tenderness under her armpit and diarrhea for about a week. The other night she had a bad bout of diarrhea and vomiting. Following that she has had some nausea. She had a day of lower back pain but not constant. Not sure what she could be suffering from. Thank you.
