My Wife Has Swelling In Her Left Hand About The

My wife has swelling in her left hand about the six of a half dollar. It moves from the center of the top of her hand then proximal onto her wrist, changing very little in size or shape. Then within minutes the swelling is back to center of the top of her hand. She also has swelling and joint pain in her arms, hands, shoulders , legs and feet. The swelling may last a day, half a day or two or three days before it changes to a different side and/or a different joint.
