My Wife Have Two Cyst In Left & Right Ovary

My wife have two cyst in left & right ovary measuring 2.9*2.3 & 1.5*1.5 cm respectively. She is not getting conceived from last three months & her CA-125 test is also raised which is 46. Some doctors are suggesting me that it may be endometrosis bt one gynaecologist is now treating her with famila 28 for one month & she is saying that it may be PID. should i go for laproscopy? or it is not big problem. we want kids as early as possible. we have just four months of our marriage. She also has brown discharge during middle of periods. But for last four days she first used antibiotic treatment of 14 days for PID & now brown discharge is reduced. She also have pain in periods as well. Guide me about endrometrosis or how to get pregnancy. Plz
