My Wife Is 16-17 Weeks Pregnant Yesterday Night Onwards She

My wife is 16-17 weeks pregnant
Yesterday night onwards she was complaining me that her head (part of head) is getting sudden pains ( on and off )... After some times ( every 5-5 minutes or so) ...

She was scared

Is it normal?
She is having migraines problems since long before marriage maybe during school times or so...

And now I just woke up ( it's night here)
And I saw her stomach ( belly) is very hot
Other full figure is cold ( colder than normal)

Low air conditioning is on but it's not cool
Climate is rather hotter
Is it a worry?
What's the problem
Y is her belly hot and other body colder
Full body cold other than belly
And what is that head pain she was complaining
Is there any reason
Any problems?
Please explain
What can we do for these problems
