My Wife Is 38 Yrs Old With Persistent Right Kidney

My wife is 38 yrs old with persistent right kidney pain that radiates to the left side of upper abdominal area near bottom ribs. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. She was just standing in our kitchen and went to the ground holding her head on the left side. She let out a scream that got my attention. When I questioned her, she said she had a severe, sharp pain behind her left ear near or on mastoid process. The pain then went up her head then down her left arm to her ring finger and pinky finger. We have suspected gallstones, clogged Bile Duct OR pancreaitis. She is a ER/Trauma/Surgical RN and I am a retired combat medic with significant trauma training as well. She is waiting for a few minutes to let pain subside. BP was 114/75 pulse is 78 respirations are normal and not labored. Suggestions?
