My Wife Is 54 And Is Wearing Cheater Glasses That

My wife is 54 and is wearing cheater glasses that have progressively gotten stronger over the last couple of years. She is now wearing a 3.5 strength for reading and 1.5 for driving.

She just recently told me that she is now noticing that her vision in her right eye is dimmer or not as bright as in her left eye and at night, she has very little vision in the right eye.

Is this anything to be concerned about and if so, what should we do?
