My Wife Is 57 Years Old And Is Being Treated

My wife is 57 years old and is being treated for depression. She has been on Lexipro for 9 1/2 years.She was taking a combination of lexipro and Giodon up until August of 2014. She is now going into a relapse where she is very against me as though she doesn't want me around. We've been married for 35 years, have 3 children and have had a very loving relationship and family. Wat is going on with her?
