My Wife Is 68 And Has Been Having Dizziness, Typically

My wife is 68 and has been having dizziness, typically after getting out of the car and occasionally during walks. She is 5'9/140 lbs. Her BP is 119/81 but resting heart (prone position) is 94 bpm. The dizziness has been going on for several years but seems to be getting worse. A chemical stress test done a year ago, seemed normal. I think she needs the heart catheter test. What do you think?
