My Wife Is Being Treated For Depression. She Has Had

My wife is being treated for depression. She has had to change from abilify thiothixene and is having trouble sleeping at night but not during the day, plus she has shoulder and neck discomfort at night but not during the day . I have taken her to the ER and all tests on blood work, xray cat scan have all come back normal.
