My Wife Is Diabetic And Suffers A Lot From Fatigue,

My wife is diabetic and suffers a lot from fatigue, hot flushes ,itchy skin, IBS and sore joints. Having just read an article on the liver, do you think it possible that she may have a problem with her liver. She is 66 yrs. old
and takes a lot of medication. Please help as I feel so helpless just watching my wife battle every day.
