My Wife Is Diagnoised Anemia Since 2 Months. It Is

My wife is diagnoised Anemia since 2 months. It is observed an active lady aged 55 yrs is now having mood swings , anxiety,detachment, sadness,anger. she is being given healthy food to supplement B12 .
