My Wife Is Experiencing A Tingling And Numbing In Her

My wife is experiencing a tingling and numbing in her left arm and hand. She has been having difficulty grasping and holding objects also. Otherwise she seems to feel fine. She has also had an occasional involuntary twitch in her left hand while at rest. She has no other stroke symptoms or heart symptoms. Should we be overly concerned?
