My Wife Is Feeling Extremely Dizzy, Has Thrown Up Twice,

My wife is feeling extremely dizzy, has thrown up twice, has a headache, and feels dizzy. She doesn't have a fever, and two weeks ago she was laid up in bed because of her muscles in the left side of her chest hurt. Could this be signs of a stroke, or something majorly serious? We cannot afford to take her to the ER but will if we have to?
