My Wife Is Finishing Her 9th Day Of Taking Flagyl

My wife is finishing her 9th day of taking Flagyl for a C. difficilile bowei infection. She is improved but not cures but is now breaking out with a number of reddish, pimple-like areas esp on her legs. We shall amour bed and I have no problems so doubt it is bedbugs, etc-- is this from the C. diff infection, or toxins, or from taking Flagyl? Thanks
