My Wife Is In A Medical Coma After Heart Attack

My wife is in a medical coma after heart attack this is the third day and off all drugs but still has tub in her mouth. She opens her eyes and squeezes your hand but is swelling in her whole body. I am so worried.
How will I know if she will come back to me.
