My Wife Is Menopausal And Has Had Problems Urinating For

My wife is menopausal and has had problems urinating for a year or so. She has to self cath almost daily to get the urine to come out. We have tried everything. She see's a urologist, has been to the Mayo clinic in Florida and has tried flomax. Flomax causes her to have low blood pressure. We want to know what other medications may be out there to try.
