My Wife Is Miscarriage In 5 Month Before After One

My wife is miscarriage in 5 month before after one month and after 5 month its again pregnant in test after 5 days of pregnancy report having a pain in stomach i going to doctor with my wife she prescribed progesterone soft gelatin capsules & chorionic gonadotropin injection my wife take both of medicine and after 3 hours she getting lite bliding ( blood ) 2 or 3 times so i want to know is my was again miscarriage and how we solve this problem in future please help me i have children of 3 years old please tell me is my again miscarriage thanks
