My Wife Is Suffering Fr. Insomnia More Than 4 Mons.

My wife is suffering fr. insomnia more than 4 mons. now. The cause is anxiety/stress that is work related. She is now depressed coz she can only sleep w/ Ativan & already developed tolerance. A psychiatrist prescribed Trazodone 25mg, she only used it for a week coz she still can't sleep & she needs sleep to work the following day. The med. is changed to Seroqual (schizoprenia/bipolar med.), use it for only 2 days coz still no sleep complaining of side effects like numbness of her left arm. She was also prescribed by our family doctors w/ Zopiclone 7.5mg. She can sleep for 3-4 hours per pill but she feels so anxious sometimes the next day. She also tried naturapathic doctors/ meds. for 4 weeks but no response. She is now really depressed coz a pill of 1 mg Ativan can only give her 3 hours sometimes lesser sleep. Please advise & thank ypu.
