My Wife Is Suffering From High Bleeding From 6th Nov.

My wife is suffering from high bleeding from 6th Nov. she is taking spause MF for bleeding but no fruitful result about sort out the problem. She also take dinofirst tablet once a day. Her doctor has advised to take dinofirst tablet twice a day. Is there any side effect.please advise.
