My Wife Is Suffering From Psychosis From Last Two Years,

My wife is suffering from psychosis from last two years, after the birth of girlchild. Doctor has advised Olimelt 15 mg in a day, however she is taking only 5 mg. But she is OK and doing all her job including the care of baby. Now she having pregnancy of 15 weeks, which came to our knowledge only on last week. Whether there will be any harm to the baby if Olimelt 5 mg is continued with other medicine required during pregnancy?
