My Wife Is Suffering From Puppp. 36 Weeks Pregnant And

My wife is suffering from puppp. 36 weeks pregnant and severe itching all night. She is so badly sleep deprived, depressed and stressed out majorly. We have tried calamine lotion, piriton, steroid cream hydrocortisone, betnovate valerate, elocon cream, e45 lotion, dermol 500, eve olive oil and pine tar soap but nothing has helped and no relief whatsoever. Please can you help? She is East Asian origin.
