My Wife Is Suffering From Typhoid. Her TO Is 1:160.

My wife is suffering from typhoid. Her TO is 1:160. She is feeding breast to 11 months old baby. Doctor prescribed her cefuroxime 500 mg for 10 days (1+0+1). Doctor also suggested alternate medication as injection for 10 days. Is cefuroxime tablet ok or should she start injection? She dont have severe fever after starting the antibiotic (3rd day), but has stomach uneasiness, cough, nausea, loss of appetite.
