My Wife Is Taking Heavy Doses Of Vitamin D3-5,000 To

My wife is taking heavy doses of vitamin D3-5,000 to 10,000 iu per day, as per a Dr. (Neurologists) for
memory, mind, etc. She is also taking, new for her, about 6 other medicines: Mematine10MG twice a day, and Exelon 4.6 MG 24 H each night, .625 premarin, B12 500mcg, COQ10,NIACIN 250 MG, and 3mg of Melatonin at night. All are new to her in the last 6 months. The patch was bumped up to 13 MG and lowered this week.
PROBLEM-each morning she has a huge, sudden burning sensation throughout her body; causing breaking out especially of skin on arms-but throughout body with piercing sharp burning pain and bumps arising our of skin. Also continuous headaches--tried decongestant, without much result. This about an hour after all the medicines except patch and Melatonin-taken at night. I thought it was heart or stroke since has pain in sides and left arm, but we had her checked for heart and there is no sign of heart or stroke. She is 77 and super sensitive to medicines. Wounder if this is a breaking out from nerves--forgot the name of the problem? Yesterday she had phenonoman after she awakened and forgot I was playing golf. Today after we had a devotional and she began worrying about the lack of acceptance at church where we are fairly new for us (1 year). ????Should we stop all medicines but Menamine--try to rachet down to one cause? Add back until she has problem again? Nerologist is interested almost exclusively in her memory--General practice Dr. (OD) has been treating her for arthiritist--but we stopped his MELOXICAM and Nexium taken before M. at Pharmacist suggestion. Her memory is slipping fast; began noticably about 1 year ago.
Your thoughts appreciated.
