My Wife Is Usually Not Someone To Claim She Doesn't

My wife is usually not someone to claim she doesn't feel well. Last night, she didn't eat dinner...wasn't hungry. We had 4 blankets on last night and she was freezing still. She went to work today and came home feeling sick, fingers numb, put another blanket on her in bed. Worried. thoughts?
