My Wife Just Accidentally Took Metoprolol 100mg. (4x25mg Tabs) ER

My wife just accidentally took metoprolol 100mg. (4x25mg tabs) ER accidentally as her usual dose is 25 mg. and she takes 4 coumadin so she thought she was taking the coumadin.
