My Wife Just Ate A Very Small Amount Of Meat

My wife just ate a very small amount of meat and choked and gagged and threw up. Now she can't even drink water and keep it down. Not even small sips. She is throwing up every few minutes even though there is nothing coming up. Is there anything you could recommend?
