My Wife Just Had Back Fusion Surgery Mon. 6/1/15 Pm;

My wife just had back fusion surgery Mon. 6/1/15 pm; Came home 6/6/15 pm with Hydrocodon-APAP- 10-325 w/dosage: 1 every 4 hrs as needed + Tramadol HCL 50 MG -- 1 every 4 hrs to alternate with above Norco.
ie 1 Norco @ 9 and 1 and 5 etc and 1 Tramadol @ 11, 3 , 7 etc.
Question: Can she also take OTC Extra Strength Tylenol (2) for headaches in addition to above?
Also, they gave her for constipation:
DOK (Docusate) 100 Mg dosage: 2 x daily and also suggested OTC Colace or Kirkland brand Stool Softener (Docusate Sodium 100 mg) 1-3 TABS daily as needed

Can both of these be taken together? Will they cause a lot of diarrhea?
Thanks a lot for your help- we live 2 hrs away from the city of the operation and it is Sunday
