My Wife Just Passed Out Fell On The Floor And

My wife just passed out fell on the floor and pissed herself. When she came to she said she felt real light headed. I have her laying down now. What could have caused this? She is a vegetarian, no diabetes, drinks tons of water. No drinking or drug use 57 years old
