My Wife Kept Taking Primolut-n Without Knowing She Was Pregnant,

My wife kept taking primolut-n without knowing she was pregnant, will the fetus be ok?
She checked pregnancy on 23rd dec..results are -ve...after that she checked on 28th dec again results -ve...than she consult a local doctor and take primoult n for 5 days after that period not came for 7 days than she again check pregancy ....now results are +ve..we are very worried if the pill is going to have an adverse effect on the baby or it can cause any deformities to the fetus please answer it for us. ...Thanks in advance
