My Wife Lost All Feeling In Her Legs And Fingers

My wife lost all feeling in her legs and fingers a year ago. They did all the tests supposedly and she been seeing an neurologist since than. She's on medication and she hasn't gotten much better in a year. Can you give me some direction we can go? The medical bills are piling up, family of 4, with a mortgage and a 13.50 an hour job! She needs some help to get better and we've hit a dead end, no more answers
